Onsite registrations are possible during the registration desk opening hours. Payment onsite is possible with credit cards and cash. When registering at reduced fees, please present a valid proof of status.
You can still register at the onsite rates by completing the PDF registration form which can be downloaded here.
Fee includes:
- admission to scientific sessions, poster area & exhibition
- a conference bag & printed programme (if requested)
- lunch & coffee breaks on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- access to the Welcome drinks on Saturday and Closing Address on Tuesday

| + | Participants who submitted abstracts by 12 June and whose abstracts are accepted, are eligible for the early registration fee. Upon confirmation of acceptance, participants will receive a special booking code to be entered in the registration system to ensure the early rate is applied. These confirmations will be sent out in July. |
